Applewood Centers is a contract provider agency in Cuyahoga County's System of Care. This program provides family-centered, community-based mental health services to at-risk children and youth. We are lead partner in the project with three Neighborhood Collaboratives: Central – Led by Friendly Inn Settlement, Broadway – Led by University Settlement and Hough – Led by the Cleveland Urban Minority Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Outreach Program (UMADAOP).
We collect data from various sources to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs. Data is collected through satisfaction and stakeholder surveys, the Ohio Scales (a state-wide measure of the effectiveness of clinical treatment), and other standardized tools.
